Garner has been in the real estate business her entire life and is a fourth generation Realtor®.  She began her career as an appraiser, then went into real estate statistics and technology and began actively selling real estate in 1999.  She was honored as the 2008 South Walton Realtor® of the year, reflecting her commitment to the real estate profession and her community.

 

Garner is a member of the Counselors of Real Estate, an organization of just 1,200 internationally, who have been invited for their real estate consulting expertise.  She is also a CCIM; this designation reflects her skill with commercial and investment properties.  Garner & her family moved to Grayton Beach from Memphis in 2004 after selling Chandler Reports, a real estate market information business.  Her husband, John Farmer is the owner of Yellowfin Ocean Sports, a local bait, tackle and kayak outfitter.  They have two sons, Jack, a student at American University in Washington DC and Will, at South Walton High School.
